Products is lovely however I didn’t realise when purchasing that you had to tick the box for it to be packaged in a individual box and to receive a gift bag. I bought 2 charms for two different people and unfortunately couldn’t give it in the appropriate packaging. When I emailed Beme to explain they said you had to click a box when purchasing to say it’s a gift. I didn’t see that option unfortunately. I asked if I would be able to get the boxes and gift bags to which I was told I would have to go to a Beme store. If I could have easily went to a store I would not have ordered online. Slightly disappointed that it could not be posted out I would have paid the postage.
