Beautiful product as usual from Beme however was very disappointed to received bracelet and charm in a plastic bag and not in the usual bracelet box. This was purchased as a present so was a little embarrassing to give to my Nan in a plastic bag. We have brought Beme for years so know they usual standard of their packaging and quality. Not only was a box not included but also the option for a bag was never given. If you are intending to keep a premium feel please make sure you look into this. Review of product is 5 star but for the above reason I have given 4.
