When you order through our website, you specifically click "Yes" to accept our terms and conditions. It is legally binding. This gives us your digital signature agreeing to the guarantee terms, which we then keep on file. We utilize a collection agency for any and all customers who attempt unethical chargebacks or disputes in violation of these agreed-upon terms.

All products or services listed on this web site are subject to change as is product information, pricing, and availability. Bemejewelry reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any web site feature or the sale of any product with or without notice. You agree that Bemejewelry will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of any web site feature or product. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we have the right to decline or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged for the order and we cancel your order, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
2. Payment Terms
For each product you order on this web site, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product at the time you submitted your order, the delivery fees for the delivery service you select, and any applicable taxes. Bemejewelry will automatically bill your credit card as part of the order shipment process for such amounts, and you hereby authorize us to do so. You will be solely responsible for payment of all taxes, fees, duties, and other governmental charges, and any related penalties and interest, arising from the product purchase not withheld by Bemejewelry. All payments are non-refundable (except as outlined in our return/exchange policy below).
3. Orders
Receipt of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline or cancel your order (in whole or part) for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting your order. Your order is not accepted until it is shipped (or a portion of the order is shipped). You agree that, if we cancel all or part of your order, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the canceled portion (if your credit card has already been charged for the order).
4. Shipping
Transit times vary depending on the shipping method selected. Shipping estimates are from the day of the shipping not from the day we receive your order.
Bemejewelry will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.
Disclaimer: Please note that Bemejewelry is not responsible for the delivery schedule and cannot guarantee your item will be received within the estimated delivery timeframe. Sometimes unforeseen delays occur due to mailing volume of shipping carriers, public holidays, peak periods, customs processing delays, inaccurate or incomplete shipment information (such as P.O. Box for receiver address, missing or inaccurate receiver telephone number), or unavailability or refusal of the receiver to accept delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your parcel status using the tracking number and tracking link provided. We ship through Royal Mail.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information Disclaimer
Bemejewelry is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, please contacct with the Customer Service as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information within 24 hours. However, please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are unable to alter the destination address at this stage. If the package can be re-routed, Bemejewelry reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.
7. Delivered but Not Delivered
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact Royal Mail for more information. After you get the document which can prove you did not receive the parcel, we can reshipp your parcel or refund you.
If we receive a return package due to missing/incomplete/incorrect destination information, no mail receptacle, undeliverable, refused by addressee, etc..We will attempt to contact you and give you a three-day window to respond for additional fees to cover any costs occurred. If we do not hear from you, we are not responsible for the packages that are delivered but not received. Your money will not be refunded.
8. Offers and Promotions
Bemejewelry may make available special offers and promotions from time to time. Any such offers and promotions will expire on the dates specified in the offer or promotion. Credits, coupons, prizes, or benefits shall specify the terms that apply to their use, redemption, and terms. Credits, coupons, prizes, and benefits may not be combined with any other offers or promotions. We reserve the right at any time, at our discretion and without prior notice, to discontinue any offer or promotion, or to change any offer or promotion terms or conditions, including changing expiration periods or credit values for existing or future credits
Only one promotion can be used per sale. We reserve the right to exclude certain products from the promotions and/or discounts.
9. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on item(s) that are in an unused pristine condition and in the original packaging.
Return/Exchange must be shipped back to seller in a padded envelope or box. We recommend shipping back in a method that can be tracked and/or insured. We are unable to provide an exchange or issue a refund on merchandise that we did not receive. It is not necessary to send back gift boxes or catalogs for exchanges, but not Returns had to send them back..
10. Back-Orders
We carry an extensive inventory. However, due to the unpredictability of PANDORA inventory shipments, we cannot guarantee the availability of all items shown on our website at all times. If your order contains (1) one or more items that are out of stock we may, at our discretion, split the order into multiple shipments unless otherwise instructed. The items that are in stock at the time of the initial order will ship via the shipping method originally selected. All items that are out of stock will ship at our expense via first class mail when they become available. Most items become available within 1-3 weeks. Once available, back-ordered items will be processed then automatically shipped following our free shipping guidelines.
11. Privacy Policy
Bemejewelry will not sell or give your information to any other party. When you place an order, your name, contact information, billing, and shipping information are retained in our system. Your credit card information is not stored for safety reasons. As an extra level of security, we use the latest SSL encryption technology.
12. When ordering and wanting the item sent to a third party
Bemejewelry will use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We will not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
13. Transit time does not include order processing time.
All items on Bemejewelry have a "Processing Time" and a "Transit Time". Due to the current situation with COVID-19, you may experience delays in delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We value our customers greatly and thank you for your patience during this time.
14. Bemejewelry Warranty
All Beme jewelry products are covered by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage
Bemejewelry warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product, and you follow the instructions for returning the product, Bemejewelry will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, at Bemejewelry's expense; (ii) replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced; or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product. Bemejewelry shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to Bemejewelry. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever period is longer. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes Bemejewelry's property.
